Pages/Workers serve the app globally via the CDN edge. DNS, TLS, and caching are managed on Cloudflare, and KV is used for lightweight, low-latency key–value storage at the edge.

Public assets (badges, templates, and documentation) are stored in R2 and served through a custom domain. Uploads are version-controlled in GitHub and synced to R2, prioritizing durability and predictable costs.

Known constraint: deletes in Git may not immediately remove objects in R2; we track and tidy periodically.
